JWC acquired 836 acres in Austin as well as managed the entitlements, construction of infrastructure and subdivision of property for Forestar Group. Developed land into a 17.55 acre multifamily residential site sold to Trammell Crow Residential, a 18.5 acre multifamily residential site to be developed by Forestar Group, a 40 acre office site sold to Archon Group, a 127 acre school site sold to Leander School District for senior and middle school campuses, and a 546.71 acre area set aside for the Balcones Canyonland Preserve.

JWC co-developed, with Larry Peel Company, the 238-unit luxury condominium project that rises from the hills overlooking Lake Austin on Loop 360 at the Lake Austin Bridge. Also managed entitlements and approvals for property’s 21.3 acres of land.

Partnered with Cypress Real Estate Advisors to acquire and reposition three acres of land immediately west of Austin’s Central Business District along Shoal Creek past West Avenue. JWC facilitated the sale of Gables Residential’s four-story, 239-unit mixed-use building, and the sale of the adjacent, undeveloped land tract to Zom Development (for The Monarch apartment building, a 29-story luxury high-rise featuring 305 contemporary residential units and over 9,500 square feet of street-level retail).
This 29-story luxury high-rise is located on West 5th Street, less than a block from the Whole Foods flagship store, in Austin’s Market District.
